Please note that most payments collected during the application process are used for government embassy portal. As such, these charges are strictly non-refundable once paid.

During the processing of any client application with embassies, immigration authorities, employers, or government agencies, if a case is rejected due to submission of false, forged, misleading, or incorrect documents or any inaccurate information provided by the client, NYCF Global Staffing Solutions shall not be held responsible. In such situations, the responsibility lies entirely with the client for the authenticity, accuracy, and validity of all submitted information and documents.

 

By proceeding with payment, clients acknowledge and agree that the fees paid are for creating your account on government portal and uploading your documents on them. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all information and documents provided are accurate and complete.
